Information Technology Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role involves gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions that drive operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.

Job Summar

• yCollaborate with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirement
• sDocument detailed business and functional requirements, process flows, and user storie
• sFacilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders to elicit and validate requirement
• sWork alone or in collaboration with Product Design team to create wireframes / mockups for UI content and flo
• wIdentify the business impact of system/application change
• sIdentify gaps between the current state and desired state of business processes/system
• sPerform reviews with all stakeholders to obtain approval/sign-off of project requirements document
• sEnsure that all stakeholders are fully informed of new/updated solutions, and identify/escalate any issues communicated by stakeholder
• sSupport, contribute to and/or facilitate the identification/prioritization of business/process solution
• sSeek opportunities to improve operating efficiencies/effectivenes
